For kids who love gaming, Valhallan Broomfieldoffers a way to turn that passion into a structured team experience. The youth esports arena combines popular video games with coaching, competition, teamwork and skill development for kids and teens ages 7–17
🎮 More Than Just Playing Games
Valhallan's esports programs are built around popular competitive games, including Fortnite, Rocket League, Minecraft Bedwars, Super Smash Bros., Overwatch, VALORANT, Marvel Rivals and others.
Players aren't simply sitting down for free play. With guidance from coaches, they work on game-specific skills, strategy, communication, decision-making and teamwork. Players also learn sportsmanship and how to work together as part of a team.
For kids who enjoy competition, organized leagues and tournaments provide opportunities to put those skills to work against other teams. The experience has many of the same elements families recognize from traditional youth sports—coaches, practices, teammates, competition and goals to work toward—with esports at the center.

💻 Esports Meets STEM
Valhallan takes the learning beyond the games through USAEL STEM courses, giving students opportunities to explore technology and develop career-ready skills.
Course topics include Computer Science, Game Design, Artificial Intelligence, Entrepreneurship, Web Development, and Technology & Innovation.
Combining esports with STEM education gives students a chance to explore interests that can extend well beyond gaming and into some of today's growing technology-focused fields.

👾 A Place for Gamers to Connect
One of the biggest parts of the Valhallan experience happens away from the screen. Players have the opportunity to meet other kids who share their interests, build friendships and become part of a team.
The program also emphasizes a positive, no-toxicity environment where players can compete while practicing good sportsmanship and respectful communication.
🕹️ Camps, Events & More
Valhallan Broomfield offers more than its year-round esports teams. Camps, special events and gaming birthday parties provide additional ways for kids to experience the arena and spend time gaming with friends.
For families who aren't sure which program is the right fit, Valhallan also offers opportunities to learn more about a player's skills and interests before getting started.
For young gamers, Valhallan Broomfield offers something beyond another afternoon at home with a controller: a chance to play the games they love while developing skills, competing with a team and connecting with other gamers.
